Our Philosophy: At Lyla Blue Nutrition, we believe nutrition should be logical. We should understand what we are eating and we should alter intake based on what our body tells us. Nothing extreme or surprising, but a diet grounded in diverse Whole Foods.
I believe we have allowed marketing campaigns to confuse us into thinking ultra processed foods could be more filling or healthier than something in its natural form. I want to go back to food basics. Weight is not an issue routed in self-control but rather is simplified with a reduction in foods designed to stimulate appetite and cravings. When we get back to Whole Foods, we enable natural hunger & fullness cues to take over as opposed to lab-promoted hunger hormone release.

During our initial consultation, we will discuss your complete health history and barriers to weight loss. At that time, we will determine the next best steps to begin our program together. I recommend 12 consecutive weekly sessions during which time we will review food recorded, meal plan for the week, determine goals and discuss a nutrition education topic relevant to your needs. After 12 weeks, sessions will start to space out dependent on what we deem most helpful until goal weight is achieved.
